In collabortaion with Huis van het Boek I created this catalogue using their archive of the Best Dutch Book designs from the past 37 years.
From the collection I brought together books on death, life, the passage of time and combined them with the poem Facelift by Sylvia Plath. 
The poem explores the tensions between stasis and transformation and the inevitability of time and decay, which is reflected and meditated upon through the combined imagery from these books. Alluding to times and events just beyond the constraints of an image. Just out of reach.
